We understand that getting your order delivered straight to your door is a priority.
Our shipping partner is currently experiencing delays globally due to the increased volume of people shopping online. This is having an impact on many online orders and we therefore ask you to please allow extra time for your parcel to be delivered. Once you receive a tracking number, your parcel has been successfully dispatched from our Distribution Centre and on its way to you. You can find your tracking number on your confirmation email. Please check your junk mail if you have not received this email.
To follow its progress from there, the best thing to do is to continue to track your parcel for further updates.
